What is Notting Hill Carnival?
Notting Hill Carnival is an annual event that began in 1964. It takes place on the streets of Notting Hill, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London UK, each August over three days (the August bank holiday Monday and the two days beforehand). It is led by members of the West Indian community in the UK and attracts around one million people, making it one of the largest street festivals in the world.
When is Notting Hill Carnival?
Notting Hill Carnival will be on Sunday 28 August and Monday 29 August 2022.
When does ONLINE REGISTRATION begin?
ONLINE REGISTRATION BEGINS FRIDAY 22 APRIL 2022.
What do I need to register for a FrolicNation Mas package?
For registration, you need the following:
Size Information Ladies:
Bra Size (34A, B, C,)
Bottom Piece Size (S, M, L)
Bottom Piece option (Bikini Thong, High-waisted bottom etc.)
Men: Waist Size (in inches)
Vest/T-shirt Size: (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL)
How can I pay for my FrolicNation Mas package?
Payments can be made by debit and credit cards.
Do you ship packages?
Not at this time. We are exploring the cost effectiveness of a delivery service within London. However, at present, all packages are to be collected at Distribution HQ and no items will be shipped.
When is Distribution?
Our package distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders and posted on our website, Instagram, twitter and Facebook feeds.
What do I get when I come to Distribution?
You will receive your FrolicNation Mas costume and your FrolicNation Goody Bag, filled with Notting Hill Carnival essentials. You will receive ONE wristband and your meal chits with your package. Your package is not complete without it and masqueraders not wearing their wristbands & costume together, will not be allowed to access the band or hospitality services. DO NOT FORGET YOUR MUG!

What music is played on the road?
The main music genre played is SOCA. FrolicNation Mas offers a variety of DJs with different styles to appeal to every masquerader.
Terms and Conditions Payment and Refund Policy:
Your costume is custom made based on the information you have selected on your order. Please review your order carefully. If you made an error, please contact us before payment completion via our ‘contact us’ page. Any errors will void any refund claims, so please fill out your order information correctly. No changes to sizes will be possible once production begins, so please ensure you have selected the correct sizes when placing your order.
If you have paid in full, ensure that you walk with your final confirmation receipt when collecting your costume.
